A Collaborative + Inspiring Work Atmosphere

When the President of H+M Trucking first approached us, he made a unique comment: "I want our new headquarters to be an invitation to work" and we ran with that.​

Our goal was to create an inspiring and upbeat atmosphere that would bring a new energy to the H+M Employees.

​

We put a lot of thought into the way people work in a space and how their environment impacts their performance. We incorporated several break out spaces to give everyone multiple opportunities to break up the monotony of working at their desk on a day to day basis. 

​

The Modern Hive was involved from the very conception of this vision for H+M. We spent many hours working on the layout of the space, selected all the materials and finishes, designed numerous custom features in the space some of which include the front reception desk, and hand selected all the furniture and corresponding fabrics.

​

Fun fact: This space used to be a planet fitness.
