New Build Design, Selections, + Furnishings

Project Type:

High - End, Luxury

Investment Type:

Showcase unique cabinetry design and features:

We chose to utilize this showroom to showcase unique storage solutions, including a baseboard footstool storage and compact flip up cabinets at counter level. We also combined a variety of closed storage options, open shelving and glass front cabinets to create a open and functional space.

balanced aesthetic of bright yet warm:

To soften the space we combined both light and dark as well as cool and warm elements. We combined white cabinetry with natural white oak elements on the shelves and island to create a bright yet warm environment. We also pulled in gold hardware and plumbing to give a warm glow through the space.

Key Implementations

Statement design features:

We used different materials to create focal points throughout the small space. A rounded tambour was added to the hood to draw the eye, a beautiful marble was used as the backsplash to add pattern, and glass doors were used to give an illusion of openness.

Balancing aesthetics with realism

We wanted this showroom kitchen to be a place that people could actually envision having in their home. We had to combine aspirational beauty with a realistic living situation. We accomplished this by adding some common dishes and accessories in the space and adding some personal touches and details.

Challenges + Solutions

 Limited space

A showroom offers limited space, therefore we had to showcase as many unique elements as we could. We had to creatively think through storage solutions and commonly desired things that people look for in a high end kitchen even though we had about half the space as a typical kitchen.
