The client desired a fresh new aesthetic for their newly moved into home. Coming from condo living, moving to lake side living, the client had little to no existing furnishings that would work in their new space. We were tasked with completing each room by adding missing fixed finishes and furnishing each room.

Our goal for this home was to create luxurious and tailored spaces that complimented the lake views and the clients desired lifestyle. We sought after a light and airy neutral composition that featured soft pale blues, browns, whites, and organic textures.

CHALLENGES + SOLUTIONS:

We had to work with the existing finishes throughout the entirety of the home, as the home our client purchased was a newly built home. We were allowed to make minor permanent changes to the space such as light fixture changes, paint changes, and added wallpapers.

Because the client was moving from a much smaller condo space, they needed furnishings for nearly every room of the house. We were given a budget and were challenged to stay within the budget within reason while furnishing the entire home to a luxurious and tailored feel.
