Our client was ready for a much needed transformation to their space. It lacked function for their family and the personal touches that this client really desired.

This home strikes a balance between casual comfort and modern sophistication, blending modern farmhouse and transitional design elements. The renovation focused on creating spaces that feel light-filled, cozy, and functional, with a strong emphasis on smart storage solutions, thoughtful material selections, and approachable finishes that elevate everyday living.

Key Implementations

Storage solutions

We were able to reconfigure the primary bathroom to add a his and hers custom vanities and a linen cabinet that separated the vanities and the shower. We also utilized full height cabinets in the kitchen for all of this families storage needs in the kitchen.

Maintaining light + openness while adding privacy

Black-framed glass double doors defined the office while preserving natural light and visual connection to the main living spaces. Light colored materials were used in multiple spaces to give an illusion of brightness where there previously was none.

Challenges + Solutions

Limited storage in the original kitchen

We eliminated the unused existing dining room and expanded the kitchen. Custom cabinetry with hidden storage zones, deep pullouts, and vertical appliance garages delivered increased capacity without visual clutter. Multiple seating options were still offered through a new dining table and a built in counter.

Combining styles without feeling disjointed

A cohesive palette of warm wood tones, fresh whites, and accent blues was carried across rooms to create flow while still allowing each space its own personality.
