The Pavillion Pad is a collection of two apartment clubhouses and an apartment model unit that we were hired to design and decorate.

The Pavillion at Twin creek was a new construction clubhouse project - and an added phase to an existing apartment community in Bellevue, NE. 

​

We helped the client pick out colors and finishes for the new clubhouse in addition to furnishing the entire clubhouse. We were also assigned to stage a model apartment unit. Our goal was to give it an attainable luxurious aesthetic.

We were later hired again to give the old clubhouse in the first apartment phase a face lift by 'fluffing' the decor and selecting a new paint color for the clubhouse.
