The transformation of this space is incredibly unique as the owners of Eye Care West bought an old Village Inn building and wanted to convert it to their new eye care clinic.

Partnering with Schemmer Architects for the structural and mechanical needs, The Modern Hive and Schemmer were able to convert this space into a revolutionary eye care clinic. 

​

The experience in this space is like no other and provides an inviting and beautiful space for the Eye Care West patients.

 

The Modern Hive's involvement in this project includes: front lobby/ reception and retail layout planning, all selections and finishes, and all furnishing selections. Oh and we can't forget, counting over and over to make sure over 900 glasses frames would fit in the front retail area!
