WHO IS THIS SERVICE FOR?
This service is perfect for the client who isn't looking for an all out design plan or service, but rather needs 'on the spot' designer guidance for a short ongoing duration, and only when you need it.
Maybe you're about to make a few purchases and want a designer eye to make sure it all works together before you commit to the purchase, or maybe you have a remodel project and just need a designers advice on a few selections or have a question about a design issue that pops up during the remodel. This service is perfect for you!

*A minimum of 5 hours is required for this service. Time blocks are good for up to 90 days.
Let's get to know you and learn about your project! We'll hop on a call together to discuss your project needs and will send you a client questionnaire to complete so we get an understanding of your style.
EXAMPLES OF HOW OUR CLIENTS USE THIS SERVICE:
If you are building a home or remodeling a space and want a designer eye to review your floor plan.
If you want a designer to verify that your material selections work well together for your new build or remodeling project.
If you are building or remodeling and have a few 'on site' designer questions during the process - for example "where should I stop the backsplash line above the oven hood?"
If you are buying new furniture and want to make sure your furniture selections work well together.
If you just can't seem to find the right coffee table, sofa, or whatever the piece may be, and want us to help you source that piece for the space.
A RETAINED SERVICE:
Services such as "Designer on Call' are serviced as a retained project month to month.
- 5 Hours: $750
- 10 Hours: $1,500
- 15 Hours: $2,250
- 20 Hours: $3,000
IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT THIS SERVICE:
We require a minimum of 5 hour time blocks for this service and bill in 15 minute increments.
After 90 days, any unused time will be considered null and void - no refunds will be provided.
In order for us to properly advise you, you must provide us with all pertinent information and measurements for any design related questions.
All operating business hours apply to all 'on call' situations. We operate M-F 9AM - 5PM and will only do business during this time.
Immediate responses cannot always be provided. We encourage you to schedule time with us in advance in order to receive the best service and our full, undivided attention to your question.
Designer communications will only take place through E-mail. We do not text clients or allow clients to text us pictures etc. while out shopping.
We are not responsible for any errors or omissions that occur from using this service as it is not a full service option where we have spent countless hours investigating any and all scenarios. With this service, we are simply providing our best 'on the spot' advice based off past experience.
This service ends immediately once all time has been used, even if your project is still ongoing. Additional time blocks can be purchased to resume services.
You will be provide with weekly time reports for 'heavy' use weeks and monthly reports for 'slow' use weeks.

How soon can I schedule this service?
-We schedule this service's start date a minimum of two weeks in advance.
When is payment due for this service?
- We require payment for this service before services begin and to reserve your spot on our calendar. Making a payment is simple and easy! Once our contract for this service is signed, we will send you an invoice that can be paid online.
What if I decide that I need more design help?
- If you decide you need more design help after all time has been use, simply purchase another time block to continue receiving 'on call' design advice.
What if I don't use my entire time block?
