Mr. + Mrs. M are a young  professional family of four and had a dire need for a more functional bathroom and laundry space in a prominent Westside, District 66 Neighborhood.

Before the transformation Mrs. M would get ready in an entirely different bathroom than Mr. M because there just wasn't enough space!

The couple enlisted the help of The Modern Hive in partnership with Cramer Kreski Designs, an Omaha based architectural firm. Together the team re-created the space for the couple with the expansion and addition onto their master bedroom. This allowed more space for the master bath and provided much needed functionality to the space.

The couple had an appreciation of the original Mid Century features that their home posessessed and wanted to incorporate an updated Mid Century feeling into the new master bathroom.

With careful thought and consideration, The Modern Hive assisted the couple in finishes and selections for the space, designed a custom vanity and vanity accent wall, created unique tile patterns throughout which included a gorgeous herringbone accent wall in the shower, and selected all plumbing and lighting fixtures for the couple.
